Young Living's Thieves essential oil blend has been used in our home for over 6 years now, and we have not been to see a doctor for sickness for much of that time. We apply the oil to the bottoms of the feet each morning and inhale. If we do happen to feel a little under the weather, we ingest a few drops in a capsule a couple times a day. Plus, I diffuse Thieves especially during cold and flu season. I always have it in my "natural medicine cabinet".

A Few Ways to Use Thieves Oil
